SUNDAY – FEBRUARY 14TH, Valentine’s Day 9:00am – 10:00am – Fellowship Hall
On Valentine’s Day the High School and Youth class students will make soup and valentine cookies to spread God’s love to the homebound members of Wallace.
This mission project so moved the homebound members last year, that we will be doing this on an ongoing basis. They were very touched to know we‘re thinking of them, and we received many moving notes of thanks.
On a sad note, one of our homebound members, Adele Ferianc passed away. A note from her daughter thanked us for showing that we cared.
These members especially enjoyed seeing the children of those families who volunteered to deliver the soup.
So….we are again asking families to deliver the soup to these members and put a smile on their faces.
PLEASE consider this wonderful opportunity to show your children the selfless act of doing for others just as Jesus taught us.
