Senior Ministry

Would you like to join others for Christian fellowship?

The Senior Ministry at Wallace (High Nooners) invites all senior members of the congregation who are at least fifty years old (55+) and also seniors in the community at large.  The High Nooners invite you to join them for Christian fellowship through entertainment, education and informal interaction.

No dues or formal membership cards are required. Individuals may attend as many meetings as they desire. They also may invite friends who are non-members of Wallace.  An effort is made to provide at least four trips a year.  These are especially appreciate by those who can’t drive a long distance since transportation can be arranged.

High Nooners May 2016 Event:  HORNUCOPIA

High Nooners will meet on Wednesday, May 25th at 12:00 noon in Fellowship Hall.  Their program will be HORNUCOPIA, this features a plethora of horns, two dozen, many of which are old. One is actually a Civil War bugle. There is a shofar too.

Donald Duncan displays the various horns, explains and plays them. It is a history of horns. Elizabeth Peters plays piano and Wesley Duncan the violin. There quite the variety of music!

Please join us for a very entertaining and educational program. Bring a bag lunch, and we’ll furnish beverages and dessert. If you haven’t tried High Nooners, this the time!
