Thank you to all rescue organizations that applied for consideration for the 2024 Grant.  Any applications submitted after October 31,2024 will be considered for the 2025 Grant. 
Please note the submission deadline for the 2025 Grant is April 30, 2025.

*All events will be held at Unity Presbyterian Church in Green Tree, 1146 Greentree Rd., Pittsburgh, PA, 15220 unless otherwise noted. Dates and times are subject to change. Check our Facebook page regularly for event updates.

  • Ongoing – Donate food and other necessary supplies to help animal rescue recipients of Petey’s Pals Donation Program. Bring your donations to Petey’s Pals Donation Station at Unity or ship to the church office. Find the current “wish lists” on our Facebook page through the link below.
  • Saturday, August 17th, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.– Meet members of our pet ministry on Unity Food Bank’s “Furry Friends Donation Day” at Pet Supplies Plus, Bridgeville.
  • Saturday, September 7th – 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., Pet Adoption Saturday. Meet and hold the newest member of your family. Unity Presbyterian Church.
  • Saturday, November 16th -11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. –Pet Service of Remembrance- A heartwarming service of prayer, music, poetry, Scripture readings, and video tribute honoring our late pets. A complimentary light luncheon/reception will follow the hour-long tribute. Unity’s Sanctuary and Lounge.
